April 2025 Rotary Students of the Month

The Perryton Rotary Club recognized Natalie Estrada and Ever Andujo
as the 2025 April Students of the Month.
Natalie is the daughter of Carlos and Cristie Estrada. She has 3 siblings,
Julia, Gordo, and Jordan. At PHS, she has been active in FFA, National Honor
Society, currently serving as the Chapter Secretary, Student Council, again
serving as Chapter Secretary, and she is the Senior Class President. Her
advice to underclassmen is, “whatever you do, do it for God.”
Her favorite subject was AP Calculus because although it was
“humbling” she strived for more knowledge. The most influential staff
member at PHS was Coach Casey Arruda. He is a great role model to Natalie
and always pushed her to strive for success and held her to a high standard.
Her most memorable memory in high school was pushing the bus on her
way home from the state powerlifting meet in Corpus Christi. She plans to
attend Amarillo College to study drafting, finishing her undergraduate
degree at Texas Tech in architecture abroad. She plans to eventually open
her own architecture firm.
Ever is the son of Aracely and Jorge Andujo. He has two siblings, Jorge
and Lizeth. While at PHS, Ever was active in football, powerlifting, drama
club, and National Honor Society. His advice to underclassmen is, “do your
best, work hard, and stay strong.”
Andujo’s favorite subject was history because he liked learning about
how the world has changed through the years and historical figures. Mrs.
Hornton influenced him the most because she taught him how to fluently
speak English and with his speech impediment. His highlight of high school
was when he went to regionals his junior year in powerlifting and medaled.
He plans to go to Frank Phillips College to finish his basics and later attend a
4-year university to obtain a degree in computer science. In 15 years, he
plans to travel and expand his knowledge.
