My name is Greg Brown, and it’s an honor to serve as Superintendent of this proud district. My 27 years of experience as a school administrator in Texas schools have taught me that great schools are built by great communities. That’s exactly what we have here in Perryton: a place where hard work, resilience, and neighborly care are woven into everything we do.

This spirit shows in our classrooms, where high expectations and strong instruction have helped Perryton ISD earn an “A” rating from the Texas Education Agency in 2022. Our students thrive in an environment that values academic excellence and challenges them to grow. That same commitment to excellence extends beyond academics. From athletics to fine arts to student leadership, our students pursue success with the same drive and determination that define our region.

That’s no surprise to anyone who knows the Texas Panhandle. The people here are strong, kind, and loyal—shaped by the land, the weather, and a legacy of perseverance. These values live in our students and staff, and they show up in every classroom, every competition, and every community event.
